What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on each learner’s strengths, needs, and goals.

• Conduct assessments, analyze data, and monitor progress to guide clinical decisions.

• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

• Partner with parents and caregivers to build practical strategies that support progress beyond sessions.

• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and the clinical team to promote consistent, high-quality care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet ethical, professional, and payer requirements.

• Support learner dignity, assent, choice, and individualized treatment.

• Continue growing professionally through collaboration and ongoing learning.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Active BCBA certification.

• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field that meets certification requirements.

• At least 2 years of experience providing BCBA services to children with autism.

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and clinical supervision.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.

• Flexibility to accommodate client and family schedules, including afternoon and early evening availability.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home services.
