Compensation packages include: Starting Salary range: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. 401K with maximum employee matching. Health care benefits. Generous paid vacation and sick leave time. Responsibilities: Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans. Provide excellent client care, collaborate with the team, and utilize creativity in interventions. Prepare and submit session documentation per company guidelines. Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status. Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Qualifications: Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields. Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills. Experience working with diverse client concerns and passing a background check. Ability to demonstrate stable boundaries with clients. Valuable Qualifications: Experience in mental health practice settings.
