By joining Winland, you’ll make an impact not only on our teams but also on the food experiences we deliver to millions of consumers.**Employee Type:**Full time**Location:**MO Lee's Summit**Job Type:**Human Resources General**Job Posting Title:**HR Generalist**Job Description:**Schedule: Mon-Fri; 24/7 ManufacturingWork Location: 200 NW Victoria Dr, Lee's Summit, MO 64086Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/AD&D/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, Hospital indemnity, Accident Insurance, Identity and Fraud Protection Plan, Legal, and Critical Illness.Salary, based on experience and other qualifications: $63k to $90k with additional bonus potentialThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.Operational Support & Administration:* Maintain accurate personnel files and confidential HR records.* Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and employee status changes.* Assist with the administration of benefits programs, payroll, and leave requests.* Manage and administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and claims resolution.* Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends.* Employee Engagement, Relations & Compliance: + Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures. + Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. + Coordinate logistics for plant-wide events and activities with each month’s event sponsor. + Assist in communicating details of events to all employees. + Gather employee feedback on event effectiveness through simple surveys. + Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. + Conduct investigations into employee complaints. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development:* Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.* Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.* Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.* Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.* Documentation, Communication & Continuous Improvement: + Create and distribute internal communications related to HR policies and updates. + Maintain and update the HR information system with employee data. + Participate in improvement projects. + Actively participate in all required training. + Participate in 5S efforts. + Analyze HR data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. + Develop and update company policies and procedures.# #
