VP, Global Total Rewards & People Strategy

BEL USA LLC

Bel Brands USA in Chicago seeks a strategic Vice President of Total Rewards to shape how employees experience compensation, benefits, and recognition across four plants, offices, and a national remote workforce. You will lead global and local HR partners, ensure compliance, optimize HRIS, payroll, and data analytics, and drive budgeting, policies, and performance across the Total Rewards function.
