PowerPoint Designer - Marketing

Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a PowerPoint Designer - Marketing. Summary: This Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, strategically structured, and highly effective sales enablement materials that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. This role supports our business development efforts through the development and design of external client-facing presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, microapps, and other sales enablement assets. A critical component of this role is informational design: transforming complex concepts, data, product capabilities, and value propositions into intuitive, engaging visual experiences that resonate with clients and prospects. The Designer ensures all deliverables align with brand standards while meeting the needs of diverse business lines and sales teams. This role also supports the maintenance and administration of content within our sales enablement platform (Seismic) and maintains up to date compliance approvals. The position is highly collaborative, partnering closely with marketing, sales, product, and other business stakeholders.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Informational Design, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in presentation design, informational design, graphic design, or a comparable role, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry
• Demonstrated expertise creating external sales presentations, finalist presentations, sell sheets, brochures, and other client-facing collateral
• Strong understanding of information design, visual storytelling, and data visualization principles
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite, or related design tools
• Familiarity with sales enablement and content management platforms, preferably Seismic
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proven ability to learn new concepts, tools, and systems quickly and independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
