- Manage fleet-level tracking of environmental compliance obligations, reporting requirements, corrective actions, and permit commitments.
- Review and support routine environmental compliance reporting prepared by site personnel, helping ensure consistency, accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to regulatory agencies.
- Assist sites with environmental compliance programs, including air emissions, water quality, stormwater, wastewater, waste management, chemical management, and related permitting requirements.
- Lead the development, maintenance, and standardization of environmental compliance programs and documentation, including SPCC Plans, SWPPPs, CEMS QA/QC programs, EMS procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance of environmental compliance records, databases, and reporting tools that support fleet-level program management and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and project support to site personnel during regulatory inspections, audits, permit modifications, permit renewals, and responses to agency inquiries.
- Analyze environmental compliance and performance data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and best practices across the Heritage Project fleet.
Fleet Environmental Compliance & EH&S Initiatives
- Lead and support fleet-wide environmental compliance initiatives across Heritage Project facilities to promote regulatory compliance, program standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate the sharing of environmental compliance best practices, regulatory updates, lessons learned, and compliance strategies among site personnel to drive operational consistency and compliance excellence.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site EH&S personnel and plant management regarding environmental compliance requirements, permitting obligations, reporting programs, and regulatory initiatives.
- Support site-led health and safety programs through the communication of corporate expectations, regulatory updates, and industry best practices, while maintaining environmental compliance as the primary focus of the role.
- Partner with plant management, site EH&S representatives, and asset stakeholders to implement fleet-wide environmental compliance objectives, performance improvement initiatives, and compliance strategies.
- Travel up to 30% of the time to support Heritage Project facilities across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio, including participation in environmental compliance assessments, audits, training initiatives, site evaluations, and other environmental, health, and safety support activities as needed.
