The pay range is $40–$45 per hour (depending on experience) plus mileage reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, direct patient care in accordance with state regulations. Implement care plans developed by the RN and document progress accurately. Monitor patient conditions and communicate observations to the RN and physician. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless, high-quality service. Participate in professional development and team meetings. Requirements Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program. Current LPN/LVN license in the State of Nevada. Three years of nursing experience preferred (Hospice or MedSurg a plus). Current CPR certification. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
