Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 51-bed Level III Neonatal ICU setting
• Manage patient assignments at varying ratios (1:1, 1:2, 1:3, or 1:4) based on acuity
• Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge RNs and respiratory therapists
• Float to Pediatrics, PICU, or Mother Baby (babies only) as needed
• Adhere to unit dress code and all facility policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Level III or higher NICU experience
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work every other weekend as required by the unit

Preferred Experience / Skills

• S.T.A.B.L.E. program certification preferred
• NIC-RNC (Neonatal Intensive Care Registered Nurse Certified) certification preferred
• Experience with Cerner EMR
