Seeking Board Certified Primary Care Physician to care for patients in a nursing home setting .



This is a full-time, permanent position-ideal for a physician who values autonomy, balance, and long-term stability.

  • Compensation: $250K-$300K+, depending on your workload & preferences
  • Schedule: Flexible "round and go" model - start your day when it works best for you
  • Call: Weekend call only (1:5) and no night call

What We're Looking For
  • MD/DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
  • Active New York medical license
  • DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers
  • Prior nursing home experience a plus
  • Physicians seeking a long-term, rewarding relationship with our group
