The Liberty Group is hiring experienced  Apartment Leasing Consultants to help convert strong tours into signed leases at onsite communities.

Pay: $21–$24/hr (based on experience)
Onsite multifamily communities
Immediate start opportunities available

• Greet and tour prospective residents and follow up to support lease conversions
• Present the value, features, and lifestyle of the community
• Guide applicants through leasing, applications, and screening steps
• Manage and track leads while maintaining strong prospect communication
• Support renewals by communicating lease expirations and coordinating the renewal process
• Assist with marketing efforts and resident events as needed

• At least 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing best practices
• Valid government-issued ID
• Strong communication skills with comfort in phone, email, and face-to-face sales conversations
• Availability to work weekends or peak touring hours when required

• Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, MRI, AppFolio, or similar property management systems
• Luxury, lease-up, rehab, or LIHTC experience
• Bilingual (Spanish is a strong plus)
