On behalf of my client SeaWest Coast Guard Federal Credit Union , I'm searching for an exceptional professional to join their team in this role! SeaWest Coast Guard Federal Credit Union is a mission driven, not for profit credit union dedicated to the financial wellbeing of those who serve our country. They serve Coast Guard members, veterans, and their families from three locations in Oakland, Alameda, and Petaluma. Their Petaluma Service Center is located on Coast Guard Training Center Petaluma, and it is their biggest opportunity to grow the membership we serve. SeaWest is a team of about 37 across three locations, and in Petaluma you'll be one of just three people on site. That means your work matters, people notice it, and you'll have a real hand in shaping how the Petaluma Service Center grows. Now they're looking for someone who likes people more than paperwork, knows their way around financial products, and wants to get out from behind the desk to build real relationships with the members they serve. What Your Day Looks Like Welcoming current and prospective members with professional, friendly, knowledgeable service, at the branch and by phone Opening new savings, checking, certificate, and IRA accounts Accurately processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Sharing information on our lending products and quoting rates, terms, and types of loans and credit cards Helping members get the most from our products and services, including online and mobile banking Handling member requests for ATM and debit cards, check and statement copies, check orders, stop payments, and ACH origination Recommending products and services that will truly benefit the member Representing SeaWest at community events and membership development activities Other duties as assigned You Might Be a Great Fit If You... Have 2 or more years of experience in a financial institution Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have a basic knowledge of banking regulations Are comfortable with computers, including Microsoft Office and Outlook Have a high attention to detail and like it when the numbers come out right Are a people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bring a proactive, \"can do\" approach to service Stay organized and manage your time well The Good Stuff $25.96 - $36.06 per hour Full time, on site in Petaluma Hourly, nonexempt position with overtime eligibility Medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental (Delta Dental), and vision (VSP) coverage starting the first of the month after your hire date, with employee premiums paid 100% by SeaWest Life and long-term disability insurance, fully paid by SeaWest 401(k) with pretax and Roth options, plus a 50% employer match on the first 6% you contribute Paid vacation starting at 90 hours per year, plus paid sick leave 11 paid holidays, plus a Personal Choice Day each year A credit union built on \"People Helping People\", where your work directly supports the Coast Guard community Ready to Join Us?
