Pay Rate: $17.00/hr Shift: 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am

ROTATING SHIFTS: Worker will be working Sun., Wed., Thur. (36 hours – 12 hour shifts) one week. Rotate to Mon., Tue., Fri., Sat. (48 hours) the next week. 40 hours regular with 8 hours overtime. 12 hour shifts working from 6:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00. 

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Operating production equipment efficiently and safely with minimal supervision
• Completing hands-on and written training in forklift operation, conveyor systems, blend making, cleaning pelletizers, and more
• Supporting production goals, maintaining accurate paperwork, and participating in team projects
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all safety and operational procedures
• Standing for sustained periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating forklifts and tow motors as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and have forklift experience (required)
• Are able to complete and pass an online assessment within 24 hours of invitation (required for consideration)
• Are available for rotating 12-hour shifts, including both days and nights, and flexible with required shift changes
• Have prior experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Possess strong teamwork, communication skills, and a willingness to support continuous improvement
• Are able to stand, walk, reach, balance, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions for sustained periods
