What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners Make honest recommendations based on what customers actually need Work independently while being fully supported by an organized office team Follow safety standards and applicable residential/light commercial codes What We Offer Pay & Incentives Potential Starting Total Compensation Package of $131,800.
