General Sales Manager- Powersports Dealership

Job Details Level: Management Job Location: Del Amo Motorsports of Victorville - Victorville, CA 92395 Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year with commissions and bonuses. Del Amo Motorsports started in 1985 and is one of the largest, growing powersports dealerships in Southern California. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including sales goals, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Coach, mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills and knowledge. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications 5 years or more of Sales Manager experience in a multi-line powersports dealership. Minimum 7+ years of motorsports industry experience. Comfortable managing multiple departments and employees. Maintain department profitability while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction. Understand and keep abreast of federal, state, and local regulations and comply with them. Creative problem solving with strategic and tactical thinking. Highly organized with ability to multi-task across multiple projects. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deadlines. Expert software skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong background in business, mathematics, and marketing. Reports directly to the General Manager.
