Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities Partner closely with executive leadership and management teams to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management. Lead and support recruiting efforts to attract top-tier talent across the organization. Collaborate with leadership to identify succession planning and talent development opportunities. Drive employee retention initiatives and create programs that support long-term organizational growth. Support performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on employee relations and leadership best practices. Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to make data-driven recommendations. Champion company culture, employee engagement, and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership. Strong background in talent acquisition, employee development, workforce planning, and retention strategies. Proven ability to influence leaders and drive strategic initiatives across multiple business functions. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within a large corporate or publicly traded company environment preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications are a plus. Why This Opportunity?
