About the Role:

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and modalities

• Implementing treatment plans and exercises under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress

• Developing and implementing individualized patient care plans

• Participating in patient education and training programs

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Responsibilities:

• Participate in patient care activities, including exercises, stretches, and modalities

• Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Develop and maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress
