Customer Service and Sales Associate

Identify opportunities to recommend products or services that make sense for the customer. Help customers complete purchases, sign-ups, or service requests. Stay sharp on what you’re selling so you can explain it clearly and confidently. Keep things organized behind the scenes—notes, follow-ups, and basic admin tasks.
