What You’ll Do: Lead the successful execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation while maintaining strong financial and operational performance. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication. Partner with Superintendents and field teams to monitor progress, resolve challenges, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety requirements. Drive project success through proactive planning, risk management, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with all project stakeholders. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, managing projects from planning through final completion. Proven experience overseeing commercial projects including retail, industrial, office, medical, hospitality, or corporate interiors. Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery. Proficiency with construction technology platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and digital project management tools.
