Proposal Coordinator The Proposal Coordinator enforces corporate branding standards and protects the branding requirements of partners and subcontractors. The role independently produces content for qualifications, proposals, award submittals, presentation materials, and other marketing‑related collateral, and assists with brochures, trade shows, and other business development efforts. Responsibilities Produce and edit proposal and marketing materials. Maintain corporate branding standards across all collateral. Assist with brochures, trade shows, and other business development initiatives. Required Qualifications Proven ability to use desktop publishing, presentation, and marketing software, especially Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and related applications. Basic understanding of the construction and/or engineering industry and ability to learn new concepts during pursuits. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in construction or engineering in a similar capacity. Strong writing skills with a solid grasp of style and English grammar. 4‑year business or technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the construction or engineering industry.
