Location: Milwaukee, WI Position Type: Full Time Wage: $60,000 to $80,000 Based on Experience

In this role, you will lead marketing and outreach efforts, build strong community partnerships, and help expand access to our services.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will oversee marketing and business development efforts to support growth and community engagement. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing relationships with referral sources, payers, and community partners
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support organizational growth goals
• Negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers
• Conducting market analysis and identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement
• Supporting leadership in developing annual volume projections and marketing budgets
• Promoting clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical leadership team
• Representing Preceptor in the community to build awareness and trust
• Monitoring the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing efforts
• Maintaining knowledge of market trends, competitors, and payer landscapes
• Assisting patients and families with accessing community resources when needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required)
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, payer structures, and community resources
• Professional, flexible, and results-driven approach
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
