Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling located in Warsaw, IN is looking to hire a full-time Experienced Licensed Plumber – Residential Service Leader!5K SIGN ON BONUSYou'll be going into the homes of our clients, installing and servicing plumbing systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the technical leader of our plumbing department. This is a working leadership position - you will continue running service calls while also mentoring other plumbers and helping lead weekly trainings.We are locally owned and operated right here in Warsaw. The owner is involved in the business daily, works directly with our team, and is committed to developing strong technicians into strong leaders. This is not a corporate office run from another state - we are building a high-performing team right here in our community.This position is offered pay of $35 – $45, depending on experience and performance, with uncapped incentives and spiffs! The typical workday starts at 7:30 am and ends dependent upon call volume (typically 4:30/5pm, on call hours until 9pm).
