Senior AI Compiler Engineer — Custom Hardware & MLIR

River AI is seeking an exceptional AI compiler engineer to bridge PyTorch graphs to optimized custom ISA code. You will own kernel algorithms, IRs, and potentially ISA tweaks, collaborating with AI researchers, modelers, performance engineers, and silicon architects. You will design passes with MLIR/LLVM, build the backend for our custom silicon, and craft memory tiling and fusion strategies to maximize bandwidth and minimize on‑chip movement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
