Golf Sales Specialist (Ramsey, NJ)

Job Summary Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters & Builders will work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience, offering in-depth club fitting knowledge and relational selling. Essential Functions Conduct innovative tour-level fitting experiences. Read, interpret, and explain data points in the club fitting process. Oversee customer relations by growing and maintaining fittings for studio and personal clients. Maintain brand standards by keeping the workplace up to studio standards. Operate technology including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office. Build golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry. Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation Hourly rate: $19.23 – $24.04 per hour, with potential for commission and performance bonus. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance. Qualifications College degree preferred. Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required. At least 1 year of sales experience required. Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong knowledge and understanding of golf. Customer focus. Build‑shop equipment (including vices, saws, sanding belts). Physical Abilities Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform required motions. Ability to work with hands to build golf clubs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
