We are seeking a skilled Certified Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. Responsibilities: Perform water and fire damage restoration services in residential and commercial properties. Assess damage and develop restoration plans in collaboration with clients and team members. Utilize specialized equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification. Document project progress and maintain accurate records of work performed. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills. Work collaboratively with a team to ensure timely project completion. Requirements: IICRC certification in water and fire damage restoration is required. Previous experience in restoration is required. Strong understanding of restoration techniques and safety protocols in water damage, fire and mold remediation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in physically demanding environments and on‑call schedules. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities. Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Experience with Mitigation Software such as MICA or Dash. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for restoration work.
