Network Operations (NetOps) Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Operations (NetOps) Engineer to manage, support, automate, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network administration, automation, configuration management, CI/CD, and network deployment across multi-vendor environments and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Perform network deployment, configuration, upgrades, and operational support.
• Implement network automation and configuration management to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines for network environments.
• Support network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, availability, and configuration issues.
• Manage and support network technologies from vendors including Cisco, Aruba, F5, Palo Alto, and Versa Networks.
• Support network integration with AWS and Oracle Cloud environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams on network initiatives.
• Document network configurations, procedures, automation workflows, and operational standards.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in network administration and operations.
• Hands-on experience with network automation and configuration management.
• Experience implementing CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with: Cisco, Aruba, F5, Palo Alto, Versa Networks
• Experience with AWS and Oracle Cloud networking environments.
• Strong network deployment, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional infrastructure and engineering teams.
