Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a diverse caseload of youth clients, ensuring adherence to professional ethics while maintaining strong therapeutic relationships.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, monitor stability, and identify any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

  • Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes utilizing electronic health record systems.

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and develop initial treatment strategies.

  • Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, employing various therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

  • Participate in regular supervision sessions aimed at professional development and case review.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on a youth demographic, providing therapeutic services that address a wide range of mental health issues faced by children and adolescents. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our approach prioritizes the unique experiences and developmental stages of youth, ensuring that interventions are appropriate and impactful. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a related field is required.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations or in substance abuse treatment settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
