• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
• Provide information about our services and promotions to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
• Assist in managing inventory and retail products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a sales role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for grooming and self-care.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
