Overview Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Location: Washington Setting: Remote/Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LICSW position is designed for clinicians who want to spend their workday doing what matters most: meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing therapy that supports progress. You will work with clients across Washington through telehealth, helping them navigate mental health concerns, life stressors, trauma, grief, and personal challenges. The role includes assessments, therapy sessions, care planning, and documentation within a Monday through Friday schedule.
