Helpdesk Specialist II

Help Desk Specialist II Payentry is looking for a Help Desk Specialist II to join the Systems department. This role is responsible for installations, configurations, troubleshooting, and resolutions related to hardware and software components the company uses. Successful individuals will have experience and a proven record of working independently and as part of a team to address and resolve technical needs. What You Will Do Install and configure hardware and software components. Resolve any technical issues with hardware, software, or connectivity. Perform networking hardware and/or software upgrades. Support users online with configuration of workstations, servers, printers, and network peripherals. Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics testing. Research solutions to current and future technical problems. Contribute innovative ideas to the company. Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person Enforce IT security policies and procedures with end-users Other duties as assigned.
