Graduate Nurses must be eligible for State Board Licensure and must obtain license within 120 days from the date of your graduation. Applicants will be placed in the appropriate job title and salary from the My Nursing Career Ladder based on their individual experience and education. Qualifications Associate degree in Nursing required for Graduate Nurse, BSN preferred. UPMC approved national certification preferred. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification, but will provide training if necessary. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire. Graduate Nurses must obtain a Registered Professional Nurse license either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located within 120 days of the date of their graduation from nursing school. #J-18808-Ljbffr
