Senior HR Generalist - Manufacturing

A growing manufacturing operation in southeastern Pennsylvania looking for a hands‑on Senior HR Generalist to take ownership of HR and administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being more than a desk‑based HR professional. You’ll work closely with plant leadership and employees, helping strengthen recruiting, employee performance, communication, and the overall employee experience. What You’ll Do Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for manufacturing and corporate positions Partner with plant leadership on employee performance and employee relations Build strong communication and engagement across the organization Manage day‑to‑day HR administration and compliance Help develop and improve HR processes as the operation continues to grow What We’re Looking For 5+ years of HR Generalist experience Manufacturing or other industrial experience strongly preferred Proven hiring and onboarding experience Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Strong communication and interpersonal skills Startup or growth‑stage experience is a plus If you’re an HR professional who wants to be hands‑on and help build something, this is an opportunity worth exploring. #J-18808-Ljbffr
