Urgent Hiring Full Time and Part Time Drivers Job Description This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Driver position with Cali Shipping, Inc. delivering packages for a national technology company. Reliable, independent, flexible, and detail oriented drivers who can problem-solve quickly and excel in a fast‑paced environment are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Safely deliver packages on time to residential neighborhoods, schools, retail, and business locations. Maintain vehicle safety through regular inspections and proper handling of company property. Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, package scanning, and administrative tasks such as clocking in/out. Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle and assist teammates during rescue calls when needed. Communicate effectively with support teams and provide excellent customer service under stressful conditions. Adhere to all local and state laws, road regulations, and company policies. Follow the scheduled rotation: not more than three consecutive days, with every other weekend off, and a minimum of two paid 15‑minute breaks plus an unpaid 30‑minute meal break. Qualifications At least 21 years old. Hold a non‑provisional, unrestricted driver’s license. Authorized to work in the United States. Pass a 4‑Panel Drug Screening (excluding pre‑employment testing for marijuana). Good English speaking, reading, and writing communication skills. Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions. Capability to work a 10‑hour shift and a 4‑ or 5‑day workweek. Benefits & Scheduling $23.00 per hour, paid biweekly. 10‑hour shifts are typical. 4‑ or 5‑day workweek average of 40 hours. Potential for future supervisory roles.
