Location: Joliet, IL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 4 - 10 hour days

Job Description: The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in achieving their maximum physical performance. This role includes performing individualized evaluations and designing goal-directed customized plans to enhance patients' physical function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and assessments
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to improve physical function
• Consult with patients regarding their physical therapy needs
• Monitor and document patient progress

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois is required.
