Project Administrator Key Responsibilities & Duties Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Assist project managers in tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining project timelines. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment and clarity. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to management. Project Administrator Job Requirements Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or general contracting roles. Preferred 7 years of experience in project administration or related positions. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex projects effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams.
