Echo Ultrasound Tech - Cardiac Sonographer

Join our team as an Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist and use your expertise to operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedure, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• 2 years of experience
• BLS certification
• 2 years of acute care echo experience
• Must be comfortable performing pediatric scans
• Experience assisting with pericardiocentesis and other procedures
• Experience measuring accurate ejection fractions

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1830
• 40 hours per week
• On-call requirement: 1 night call shift per week through 0700 the following morning
• 30-minute response time when on call
• Weekend rotation is not required at this time
• Holiday requirement: call only on major holidays, with up to 50% of holidays per contract
