Production Associate

The Production Support Specialist supports multiple departments by performing a wide range of tasks that keep production lines running efficiently. Flexibility is key, as assignments vary across work areas.

This Production Support Specialist position is in Leavenworth on 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am), Monday through Friday. Starting pay is $19.80/hour plus $1.25/hour for 2nd shift differential (total $21.05/hour).

Key responsibilities include supplying production lines with stock and materials, performing make-ready procedures, operating equipment, assisting press operators, operating various machines, ordering and transporting stock, maintaining a clean work environment, completing SAP entries, participating in team problem-solving, communicating effectively, operating power lift equipment, learning multiple assignments, demonstrating flexibility, and upholding safety practices.

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to lift and carry product, ability to stand and/or walk, ability to reach, twist, bend, perform repetitive hand/wrist motion and fine motor skills, and work at or above shoulder level.

Preferred qualifications include experience running production equipment, basic math, written and oral communication skills, ability to organize and set-up work area, ability to understand computer and ordering systems, ability to understand and follow safety procedures, ability to transport hazardous waste material, ability to accept other duties, ability to learn and retain knowledge, ability to work in a team environment, and ability to contribute positively during problem solving sessions.
