LaSalle Network is hiring for a Staff Accountant to join a high growth services organization expanding across North America. This Staff Accountant role offers strong visibility and the chance to take on meaningful responsibility beyond a traditional Staff Accountant position. What's the job?

• Support month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and support financial reporting accuracy
• Manage accounts receivable including onboarding, credit checks and collections
• Assist with billing and revenue reconciliation
• Partner across AR and AP to support daily accounting operations
• Reconcile expenses including credit cards and accruals
• Collaborate cross functionally with operations and leadership

What's needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience including month end
• Strong accounts receivable experience with customer interaction
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• ERP experience such as QuickBooks, NetSuite or Sage Intacct
• A proactive Staff Accountant mindset with interest in growth

Key Details

• Compensation: $70,000-$77,000 annually
• Benefits: Medical and dental
• Location: Arlington, TX
• Work Model: Hybrid 3 to 4 days onsite
