Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Compliance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transportation regulations and be able to ensure that our company is in compliance with all applicable laws and standards. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to transportation and logistics
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any areas of non-compliance and take corrective action
• Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments
• Train employees on compliance policies and procedures
• Manage compliance documentation and records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance in all aspects of the business
• Respond to compliance inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status and progress
• Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Conduct internal investigations and recommend corrective actions when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience conducting audits and investigations preferred
