Job Summary

We are seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, LMHC) to join our team at CHE Behavioral in Auburn, New York . As a multispecialty group of licensed professionals, we are dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. Our team provides Behavioral Health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers in a compassionate and cost-effective manner.

About the Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at CHE Behavioral, you will play a crucial role in providing quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address the complex needs of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health conditions

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning sessions

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care

• Collaborate with other licensed professionals to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices

Requirements

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, LMHC)

• Current licensure in the state of New York

• Postgraduate degree in mental health-related field (e.g., Master's or Doctoral degree)
