Financial Counselor

Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Eight hours shifts, between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, will be scheduled Monday-Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position with one day per week required onsite at 2550 Charles Street, Rockford, IL. Assist patients in understanding the billing prepayment process. Review patients coverage to determine overall cost for the patients specific plan of care. Qualifications High School Diploma Or equivalent Required Associate's Degree In Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred Work Experience
