To support full-cycle hiring for cleared and technical programs, the remote Technical Recruiter with Security Clearance will manage requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and leverage AI-driven tools to attract and close top talent in a fast-paced GovCon environment. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies Source and engage candidates while managing candidate pipelines and interview processes Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a cleared environment Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting performance Proficient in Greenhouse-driven structured workflows Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline Confident in managing multiple requisitions in a high-accountability environment
