Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active LPN/LVN license
• Minimum of one year of school-based nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assist with diabetes management

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the school nurse to deliver routine health office care and respond to student needs
• Provide support as a substitute 1:1 staff member for students requiring personalized care, covering absences as they occur
• Assist with specialized medical support for students, particularly those managing diabetes
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Demonstrate a compassionate, calm approach in all interactions with students and staff
• Follow established school policies and procedures for health and safety
