Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000+ commission based Responsibilities: * Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business * Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price * Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing * Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments * Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly * Meet with motivated sellers, identify their goals, and guide them through the entire listing process * Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and grow your listing pipeline * Provide exceptional service that turns clients into raving fans and referral sources * Host monthly open houses (we provide the leads) * Keep your CRM and calendar updated so you're always ready to serve * Participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to stay sharp and energized Qualifications: * Has a real estate license * 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry * Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information * Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies * Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone * Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent * Full-time availability and commitment to clients and career * Strong communicator with a client-first mindset * Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow * Previous sales or listing experience is a plus * Organized, tech-savvy, and always thinking one step ahead * Positive attitude and a passion for helping people About Company EmpowerHome Team is one of the fastest-growing real estate organizations in the country and has helped over 10,000 families nationwide.
