The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business, managing key accounts, building strategic relationships, and delivering profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and drive profitable revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts, major customers, and strategic partnerships.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend packaging solutions that deliver value, quality, and efficiency.
• Research market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and confidently close business.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, Customer Service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer execution.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue results, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical business practices.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, networking events, and customer meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 5+ years of proven sales experience , preferably within industrial packaging or a related industrial sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma preferred.
• Strong understanding of packaging products, solutions, and supply chain processes .
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Strong business development and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

Commission:

• 3% commission on new business for the first 12 months
• 1% commission on repeat business

Additional Benefits:

• 401(k) with company match up to 2%
• Health insurance with a $400 company contribution
• Mileage reimbursement at the applicable IRS standard mileage rate
• 11 days of paid time off for employees with 1–5 years of service
