Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Perform and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for eligible patients
• Conduct and document neurological assessments utilizing the NIHSS scale
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Proficiency with CRRT required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing complex, critically ill patient populations in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills within a multidisciplinary team setting
