CNC Mill Machinist

Overview Pharmaworks is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist in Odessa, FL to produce high precision parts using machine shop best practices. Key Responsibilities Produce high precision parts on CNC mills, typically HAAS 3‑axis. Read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances (metric dimensional), and machining specifications. Set up parts and cutting tools accurately; develop and produce fixtures as required. Inspect close‑tolerance part features using fixtures (gage blocks, indicators, micrometers, etc.). Maintain good manufacturing practices and ensure all operations comply with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the team to drive process improvements and may be required to work occasional overtime. Operate in a clean and safe environment, handling parts up to 50 lb. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED; associate degree or trade school training in mechanical discipline preferred. At least 2 years operating CNC mills (HAAS 3-axis preferred). Experience editing/ verifying programs on HAAS conversational control for multi‑axis parts. Knowledge of machining materials including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, tool steel, and engineered plastics. Proficient in inspecting parts using measurement tools. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
