About the Role Providing direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans Administering medications, treatments, and injections as ordered by physicians Educating patients and families on disease management, self‑care, and prevention strategies Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland 0 years of experience in a similar role (new graduates welcome to apply!) Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary We offer shift differentials; Monday‑Friday $2.00 for 3-11, and 11-7 shifts.
