Retail Office Manager

Rooms To Go is seeking a Retail Office Manager to lead daily front-office operations in a high-volume furniture showroom. In this customer-focused, fast-paced role, you will supervise office staff, oversee cash handling, verify sales transactions, and ensure accurate order entry and documentation. You will coordinate closely with sales and warehouse teams to support timely deliveries, resolve customer service issues, and maintain store records. The Retail Office Manager tracks KPIs, prepares basic reports, schedules and trains office associates, enforces company policies, and drives a professional, organized, and efficient office environment that supports sales performance and customer satisfaction.
