Pay Range: 2216.52 - 2327.35

Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: BLS, NRP, ACLS, PALS; 2 years PICU experience; PICU and NICU experience; Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Cert (pending approval); EPIC experience; VA license (pending); must adhere to UVA float policy; shift 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00).

Responsibilities:

• Float to various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, Peds MedSurg, Peds PACU, Peds ED, and postpartum/mother baby.
• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients across multiple units.
• Maintain compliance with UVA float policy and hospital protocols.
• Adhere to block scheduling requirements and schedule shifts as assigned.
• Ensure all required certifications and licenses are current and compliant.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
