As a Front Desk Officer at a retail location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, greeting visitors, managing badges, and responding to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.15 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing customers, vendors, and employees to appropriate areas. Manage visitor access by verifying identification, following site-specific entry procedures, maintaining visitor records, and issuing visitor credentials as applicable. Monitor front desk activity, access points, and security-related systems in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures. Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed. Support retail location operations by receiving deliveries or communications, maintaining accurate logs, and reporting unusual activity or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Supervisory experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
